KTruck provides a platform that connects goods owners (Users) with independent transporters (Drivers). KTruck is a facilitator and does not provide transportation services directly. We provide the tools for booking, tracking, and secure payments.

3. User & Driver Obligations

Users must provide accurate information about the goods being transported.
Drivers must maintain valid licenses and insurance as required by law.
Both parties agree to use the platform in a professional and lawful manner.

4. Payments and Escrow

KTruck uses an Escrow payment system. When a booking is made, the payment is held securely by the platform. The funds are released to the driver only after the user confirms successful delivery through the app. In case of disputes, KTruck will mediate based on the provided evidence.

5. Limitation of Liability

KTruck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or any goods transported through the platform.
